DELIVERY AND TRANSFER OF GOODS
- DELIVERY TIMES
Parcels within Estonia are delivered to the destination indicated by the buyer within 4 working days from the date of entry into force of the purchase contract.
Delivery outside Estonia is carried out within 10 calendar days.
In exceptional cases, the right to deliver the goods within 45 calendar days.
- DELIVERY WITHIN ESTONIA
Goods ordered from the e-shop Viknavel.ee can be picked up in several different ways:
– by using Itella SmartPOST parcel terminals – Delivery cost is shown during the processing. All of Itella SmartPOST´s parcel terminals are located in inner areas of shopping centres all over Estonia. Itella SmartPOST parcel terminal locations can be found here: https://uus.smartpost.ee/en/parcel-terminal-locations . As soon as the parcel arrives at the destination terminal by Itella SmartPOST, the SMS is sent with all the necessary information for pick-up.
– by using Omniva parcel terminals – Delivery cost is shown during the processing. Parcel terminals are located in post offices and in inner areas of shopping centres all over Estonia. Omniva parcel terminal locations can be found here: https://www.omniva.ee/business/map . As soon as the parcel arrives at the destination terminal by Omniva, a notifying text message is sent with all the necessary information for pick-up.
– Viknavel OY courier service (within Tallinn and Loksa).
We offer the possibility of delivery by Viknavel courier service. Delivery cost is shown during the order processing. If the purchase sum exceeds 50 EUR, then the delivery by Viknavel courier service within Tallinn and Loksa is free of charge. If selecting the Viknavel courier service, please, specify the time and delivery address, you can also add other wishes relating to delivery to the comments.
- DELIVERY TO FINLAND
When making your purchases in Viknavel.ee e-shop, select the Itella SmartPOST Finland and suitable parcel terminal. Itella SmartPOST parcel terminal locations can be found here: https://uus.smartpost.ee/en/parcel-terminal-locations . After that to continue with your order.
- OVERSEAS DELIVERY
Goods ordered from the e-shop Viknavel.ee can be delivered abroad. It is necessary to fill the ordering form until the “payment” button is pressed, specifying the exact delivery and e-mail address. After the order is processed we’ll send you an e-email with the delivery cost offer. If you are satisfied with the conditions, you must confirm in writing your consent. After confirmation of consent the delivery costs are changed. Then, restart “shopping cart” page and select the appropriate method of payment. Overseas delivery is provided according to Omniva price list.
